Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Some items are made to order and does take additional time to process. Your thoughtful purchase helps reduce overproduction.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process the order before your order is shipped. Please also allow shipping delays and additional holiday order volume during the holiday season.

All items must be in like new condition, unwashed, unaltered in the same condition in which you received & must be requested within 14 days of order. We will refund the full price paid for the items minus the shipping charge. 

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, prints & stickers or accessories (unless received damaged or lost).

We will send you a return shipping label to send back your items (must be in like new condition, unwashed, unaltered in the same condition in which you received) and if we have the size you prefer in stock once we receive the returned item, we will ship it out to you within 2 business days.

To get your return or exchange started email support@saltypam.com with the following:

  • Name and email address it was ordered under
  • Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email)
  • The size you want to exchange for (if you are looking for an exchange)
