Processing Time
Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production after your order is placed. Once your item is produced, it will be shipped directly to you.

Shipping Times
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional fees may apply)
  • International Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 5-10 business days (additional fees may apply)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Domestic Orders (USA): Flat rate shipping available for standard orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and may be applied by your country's postal service.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. This offer will automatically apply at checkout when your order total exceeds $100.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping Policies
For international orders, please note that shipping times may be affected by customs processing, which is beyond our control. In some cases, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, we will attempt to reach out to confirm the correct address. Customers will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs for resending the package.

Multiple Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is due to our network of production and warehousing partners, which allows us to create and ship from locations closest to you, ensuring faster delivery.

Changes to Orders
We cannot guarantee will see your email for a request to change an order before it is shipped. We will try our best if we get the email before shipping.
