Returns and Exchanges Policy for Salty Palm

At Salty Palm, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges. However, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both domestic and international orders. Below is our full policy on returns, exchanges, and receiving incorrect items.

Return Eligibility
If you wish to return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in like-new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order date.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, art prints, stickers, or accessories, unless they were received damaged or lost.

How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, email us at support@saltypalm.com with the following details:

  1. Your name and email address used for the order.
  2. Your order number (found in your order confirmation email).

We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for the full price of the item(s) minus the original shipping charge. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges (for a Different Size)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@saltypalm.com with your name, order number, and the size you wish to exchange for.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send the item.
  3. Return the item (in like-new condition). Please note that the cost of shipping for exchanges is the buyer’s responsibility. Once we receive your returned item, if the requested size is in stock, we will ship it out within 2 business days.

Received the Wrong Item
If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Contact us at support@saltypalm.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the incorrect item.
  2. Once we verify the mistake, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the incorrect item back to us.
  3. After we receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If the correct item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a full refund or select a different item of equal value.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit (i.e., the tracking never shows as delivered), we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us at support@saltypalm.com within 3 weeks of receiving the product or from the estimated delivery date. Be sure to include your order number in the email.

Stolen or Lost Packages After Delivery
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. This applies to both domestic and international orders. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) and file a report with your local police department.

International Returns/Exchanges
For international orders, we do not offer free returns or exchanges. However, you can return your item for a refund (minus shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@saltypalm.com.
